Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept on-line payment with all the major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Delta,Solo and Switch. We do not accept American Express.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All Product sold by the metre – fabric is cut to order as per customer requirements and is non-returnable.

Shipping And Handling
UK Mainland Shipping:
Delivery charge is £4.95 including VAT and most items are despatched within 1-5 working days.
Please note that we are unable to ship certain brands including Harlequin and Romo outside of the EU, please contact us for more details.
The Shipping charge for upto 12kg will automatically be added to your basket, however, if your order exceeds this weight, we will contact you to advise of any additional payment required. Remote and hard to reach areas may also incur a surcharge, if this is applicable, we will contact by email to advise of any additional payment required.
Please note import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched because we cannot be financially liable for any charges incurred.
International delivery will normally take up to 12 working days but this cannot be guaranteed. If any Products are out of stock You will be notified at the earliest opportunity. All Products must be paid for prior to or on delivery. Delivery will normally be by courier, smaller items by post. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there are any undelivered items or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to FabricSales by You with full details within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising.
Your purchase of products for FabricSales will be a contract made in England. Any dispute will be governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to any court of competent jurisdiction within England. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to you. Your rights are unaffected. FabricSales can revise these Terms without notice by posting new Terms on the FabricSales site or by notifying you by e-mail. Further purchase of products after such posting or notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to dispatch within 1-5 working days from receipt of your order. Pattern book orders may take longer. Please allow approximately two weeks for some designer products such as Thibaut, Eijffinger, Brian Yates.
If an item is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 5 days, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date. If this is not satisfactory to you, we will offer you a full refund.
Goods are delivered by The Post Office or UPS Couriers. Worldwide orders are delivered by UPS. Any instructions received from you to leave goods without a signature is done so entirely at your own risk.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Our prices are inclusive of vat at the current standard rate.

Returns Policy Here at FabricSales we try to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to returns, and if the item you are ordering is kept in stock at our warehouse we are more than happy to accept returns when notified within 14 days, to firstname.lastname@example.org, and returned within 30 days. As a large amount of the items we sell are specifically ordered in as per your requirements or from wallpaper pattern books we are not able to accept back excess rolls or part orders, so it is advised you check quantities prior to ordering to avoid being unable to return. We do offer a reserve service where we can reserve additional rolls from the same batch which can be called upon if required. Alternatively, we are happy to assist with measurements if you phone us 01924379992. If you need any clarification as to whether you are purchasing a stock or per requirement/pattern book item, please call us prior to placing your order and we will gladly advise the returns policy for the specific item you are ordering.
Please note all cut to order items are non-returnable.
We will replace any goods proven to be faulty. You should ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and further damage before returning them to us. We require samples of faulty products and labels for any faults to be considered. We cannot accept any responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit.
Goods damaged in transit for a claim to be made we have to be informed within 2 working days of the parcel being delivered, it must also be signed for as damaged/faulty for a claim to be considerded.
